Welcome to Airestate. These terms explain the rules for using our platform — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We've written them in plain English on purpose. Please read them.
Airestate is a product of MYHELLO LLC, a Delaware company. Throughout this document, "Airestate," "we," "us," and "our" mean MYHELLO LLC doing business as Airestate. "You" means the person or business using the platform.
By creating an account or using Airestate, you agree to these terms. If you're using Airestate on behalf of a company or team, you're agreeing on its behalf, and you confirm you're allowed to do that. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
Airestate is a platform for real estate professionals. It has two main parts. AgentOS is your private back office, where you manage listings, clients, content, and settings. The public website is what your visitors see — your listings on a map, your agent profile, and a way to get in touch with you. Depending on your plan, your public presence is either a single agent profile or a full multi-page website, optionally on your own domain.
Airestate is built for the United States. We don't market to, target, or knowingly sign up users in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. If you're located there and you sign up anyway, that's your decision, not our invitation — you're using a US service under US law, and Europe's data protection regime doesn't come along for the ride. We take privacy seriously because it's how a platform should be run, not because Brussels sent a memo. For the details of how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Airestate. When you sign up, give us accurate information and keep it current. One account per email address.
We use passwordless login — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — so there's no password to lose, but it does mean you're responsible for keeping your email account secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Every account belongs to a workspace. A workspace has one owner — the person responsible for billing — and any members the owner invites. Members get specific permissions, and the owner can change or remove them at any time.
Airestate offers a free plan and three paid plans — Agent Pro, Team, and Brokerage. The free plan is a free plan, not a trial: it never turns into a paid plan and never charges you. It includes Airestate branding on your public profile and a limit on the number of listings you can publish. We may change or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice.
The paid plans unlock more listings, custom domains, team members, analytics, and AI features, depending on the tier. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and at signup. Paid plans are billed monthly.
All payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Airestate's systems — we only ever see which plan you're on and whether a payment succeeded. You upgrade through Stripe Checkout and manage your subscription, payment method, and downgrades through the Stripe Billing Portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep access until then.
Payments are non-refundable. We don't give partial refunds or credits for unused time when you downgrade or cancel mid-month, and if we end your account because you broke these terms, the amount you've already paid is not refunded. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.
We may change our prices. If a change affects a plan you're on, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, and you're free to cancel before it does.
You're responsible for any sales tax or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, unless we state otherwise.
You can connect a domain you already own, or buy one through Airestate. Buying a domain is a separate purchase from your subscription, and domain purchases are non-refundable — once a domain is registered, the registration fee is already spent.
When you buy a domain through us, it's registered with your own details as the legal owner: your name and your contact information. The domain is yours. You can transfer it away from Airestate whenever you like; we don't charge a fee for that, and we don't refund the registration when you do.
If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include custom domains, your domain stops being served by Airestate, but it remains yours.
There are two kinds of content on Airestate, and they work differently.
Content you create — your bio, your posts, your original photos, descriptions you write yourself — belongs to you. You keep ownership of it. By putting it on Airestate, you give us the permission we need to run the service: to store, display, copy, and transmit that content, and to pass it to the providers who help us operate, such as those handling hosting, storage, and maps. This permission lasts as long as the content is on the platform and ends when you remove it.
Content you import — listings brought in from an MLS, from another website through Magic Paste, or from a CSV file — is different. You don't own that content, and neither do we. By importing it, you confirm you have the right to use and display it on Airestate. We make no ownership claim over it.
You can remove your content from Airestate at any time.
Airestate is a professional platform, and we expect it to be used professionally. You agree not to:
If you see content on Airestate that shouldn't be there, email us at legal@airestate.app.
Airestate gives you several ways to bring in listings — Magic Paste, which extracts details from a URL you paste; CSV upload; and connections to an MLS or other systems. These tools are powerful, and using them is entirely your responsibility.
When you import a listing, you confirm you have the right to use that content. Many listing sites and MLSs have their own rules about copying and republishing their data, and those rules are between you and them. If a claim is made against Airestate because of something you imported, you're responsible for it, as described in the indemnification section below.
Airestate includes AI-assisted features, and we want you to understand how they work.
Magic Paste fetches the page at a URL you give it and uses AI to pull out listing details. To do that, the content of that page is sent to our AI providers for processing. Those providers process the content to return a result; they don't keep it or use it to train their own models.
Airestate Intelligence learns from analytics and behavior — how the platform is used, how listings are structured, which features get used — never from personal data. The data behind it is aggregated and de-identified first, so it reflects patterns across the platform rather than any individual agent, client, or visitor. Your clients' personal information and your private notes are never training material.
AI output isn't guaranteed to be accurate. Always review what an AI feature produces before you publish it. If a law in your area requires you to label AI-assisted content, complying with it is your responsibility.
Your public profile can show reviews. You're in control of them: you decide which reviews appear on your profile, and you can remove any review at any time. Because of that, you are fully responsible for the reviews displayed on your profile.
Airestate doesn't write, verify, or endorse reviews, and we're not responsible for their content. If a review leads to a claim against us, that's covered by the indemnification section.
Your public website is visited by people who don't have an Airestate account — your clients and prospective clients. They can browse your listings, save favorites, and contact you without signing up.
Those visitors are your clients, not ours. When someone contacts you through your site, their information goes into your workspace, and you're responsible for it: you confirm you have the right to collect and use it, and you're responsible for telling your own clients how you use their information. Airestate is the infrastructure that processes that information on your behalf — nothing more.
Visitors to your site don't sign a separate contract with us. Their use of your site is covered by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, which your site links to.
Because Airestate is a professional platform, we may ask you to verify your identity, and we reserve the right to do so.
If you break these terms — through fraud, abuse, unprofessional conduct, intellectual property violations, a fake profile, or non-payment — we may act. Depending on how serious the issue is, we may remove content, suspend your account, or close it entirely. For serious problems such as fraud, illegal content, or a security risk, we may act immediately and without notice. For lesser issues, we'll usually give you a chance to fix things first. If we end your account because you broke these terms, we don't refund what you've already paid.
We're always improving Airestate, so we may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make a change that we think materially reduces what your plan offers, we'll let you know. Pricing changes are covered in the billing section above.
We work hard to keep Airestate running, but we provide it "as is" and we don't guarantee it will never be interrupted. Airestate depends on outside providers — hosting, storage, maps, and others — and on the internet itself. Outages caused by those providers, or by events outside our control, are not something we're responsible for. What we can promise is our best effort to keep the service running and to fix problems quickly.
Airestate is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that listing data is accurate, that maps or third-party services will always be available, or that AI features will produce correct results.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Airestate and MYHELLO LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some of these limits may not apply where the law doesn't allow them.
You agree to cover Airestate and MYHELLO LLC — including reasonable legal costs — for claims that arise from your content, from listings or data you imported (including through Magic Paste, CSV, or an MLS connection), from reviews shown on your profile, from your use of the platform, or from your breaking these terms or the law.
You can close your account at any time by canceling from the Stripe Billing Portal; access continues to the end of your billing month.
We may suspend or close your account as described in the enforcement section. When an account is closed, your content is removed from the platform. We may keep limited records, such as billing history, where we're required to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If we have a dispute, we agree to resolve it through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court — except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. You and Airestate both waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class action. Arbitration will take place in Florida unless we both agree otherwise.
We may update these terms as Airestate evolves. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Airestate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We respect intellectual property and expect you to as well. If you believe content on Airestate infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@airestate.app that includes: your contact information; a description of the work you say is infringed; the location (URL) of the content on Airestate; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act for the copyright owner; and your signature, which can be electronic.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We respond to valid notices and counter-notices as the law requires.
